This villa, a ground level entry, two story end unit and was launched on the market in December 2015 after many upgrades to the interior. There is no one above you in this villa, your master is upstairs and living area below.

This villa is located in building 25 on the lower Ocean Front row of the Kapalua Bay Villa complex. It has undergone many interior upgrades overseen by Pro One Inc known for their custom, 'Platinum' level designs.
Hale Un Lugar Celestial is a 1 bedroom villa has approximately 1,118 square feet of living space including the 125 sq ft added when one of the balconies in the master bedroom was enclosed to the interior. The outside patio area or lanai, is an additional 379 sq ft. This is an End Unit with the entrance on the ground floor with new bamboo cabinets and custom granite counter-tops in the remodeled kitchen. The downstairs powder bath has an expanded tile shower big enough for extra guests or extended family. There is an expansive living and dining space with eclectic but quality island style decor infused with the modern amenities like the new 60" LED TV and Blu-ray DVD. The master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs on the second floor with no other units above and only one shared dense concrete wall on one side. This floor-plan allows the guest to wake up in the morning and enjoy a gorgeous ocean view from the comfort of your cozy custom hand carved king sized bed. The only thing between you and the ocean is the ocean front pool, one of 3 pools in this complex. All pools have 'Weber' gas bar-b-q grills and kitchenettes for your use. Your access to this locked and gated amenity is VERY convenient! There is also a wonderful ocean front coastal trail that parallels the shoreline just beyond the grounds.
