OUTRIGGER Kauai Beach Resort & Spa is just 2 miles from Lihue Airport. 3 miles from Costco, and Safeway. Walmart is situated next to Lihue Airport. Kauai Beach Resort is centrally located to get to Princeville or Poipu easily. I do recommend a car rental for getting around the island and exploring.
**The resort does charge a $40 per day parking fee plus tax, paid directly to resort at check in. You can also use a taxi.
Save a bunch of money by booking my place, as a private owner instead of going through the resort directly. This 5th floor, (top floor) suite is in a convenient location and has one of the BEST VIEWS!!
It gives easy access to the front desk, restaurants, elevator, lounge with microwave and parking. This 5th floor (hotel room) Hawaiian suite has an AMAZING pool and ocean views from inside the suite and on the lanai/balcony plus New AC.
Beautifully renovated, 2 New Queen size Sterns & Foster Mattresses plus all new furniture. (A comfy bed is a must!)
The room size is 307 sq ft and the balcony is 58 sq ft.
There is a pack and play crib to use at no additional cost.
Maximum occupancy per Resort is 4 adults.
Per Kauai county laws, the suite does not have any cooking facilities (NO KITCHEN) but, I provide a coffee maker with complimentary coffee and a mini fridge with a freezer. I also provide cups & silverware. There is an ice machine on the 4th floor. The microwave is located just down the hall from the suite in the guest lounge. Laundry facilities are on the first floor of building one.
The Resort Features:
* 4 swimming pools, including 2 lagoon pools, 75 ft lava tube slide, and kid friendly pool with sand bottom.
* 2 Whirl pool spas, one amidst a stone grotto and surrounded by lush ferns and exotic waterfall.

The beach at the resort is not good for swimming due to the rocky bottom. But Lydgate Park is less than 2 miles away with a great swimming area and Disc golf course. And if you forget your disc's we have some in the room to use.
