Peace and relaxation begin outdoors. Swim a few laps in your 16'x32' private pool and then wind down the bubbly hot tub. Nearby, you'll find a separate kiddie pool for the little ones in the family! When you're done splashing in the pool, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. Inside, you'll love the game room which has plenty of comfy seating around the flat-screen TV along with an air hockey table to get a little family-friendly competition rolling! On the ground level, you will also find a Queen master bedroom with a full bath, as well as a half bathroom off of the game room.

The fifth and final bedroom is located just down the hallway on this floor—a King Master with its own private bathroom. Head back to the living area and step outside onto the sun deck and soak in the ocean breeze. You'll also find two gas grills located on the deck – perfect for grilling up your catch of the day! Back inside, the well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a culinary delight. When it's time to eat, there's plenty of seating for your group at the table in the dining area. If you need extra seating, there are three additional contemporary bar stools at the nearby kitchen island. Also located on this top level is a captain's watch with a small table - perfect for a family-friendly card or board game, and a convenient half bath.
