Our 1531 sq. foot penthouse villa, located on the top floor of a three-floor villa, has three bedrooms, two baths. Stretch out and relax in this well appointed, spacious, tastefully furnished condo. You'll find peace and quiet with all the comforts and conveniences of home.

The guest bedroom features a queen bed, designer furniture, cable TV and ceiling fan, it is located near a second full bathroom. The loft has two twin beds, ceiling fan and reading nook. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with towels and amenities for your convenience.
Beyond the living room is your private lanai furnished with table and chairs, it faces no other buildings making you think you are in your own private paradise, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful sweeping views of Waikoloa Beach Golf Course with Mauna Kea and the Kohala Mountain Range in the distance.
The unit comes complete with phones that include free local and long-distance calling to the mainland and Canada. Be sure to bring your laptop with you as secure, wireless high speed internet is available for your use. Other amenities include a washer and dryer with laundry soap, an ironing board w/iron and plenty of towels for the villa and the beach.
Fairway villas is a secluded gated community, the grounds are well kept with palm trees and colorful aromatic flowering plants. The isle of Hawaii offers a vast array of activities for everyone. Waikoloa Beach Resort's paved streets are lined with palm trees and sidewalks, making for perfect conditions for running, walking, and biking. Only a 5 minute walk and you arrive at Anaeho'omaly ('A') Bay, a beautiful beach where you will find ancient Hawaiian fish ponds and many opportunities to view incredible sunsets.
