Summary: The staff is very loud, unprofessional and not trained. At one point I was sitting alone in the dining room eating my $36 salad listening to the bar manager do a loud Austin powers impersonation over and over. They were rough housing and playing in the lobby, talking loudly about their gym routines. Just the opposite of peaceful.
