Lots of room to spread out & relax at our lake house. Quiet neighborhood. Private dock on Thurmond Lake (also known as Clarks Hill) at the end of a path through the woods. Plenty of parking for boat trailers, jet skis, etc. Newly remodeled inside and out. Large comfortable couches with recliners. Big kitchen with island. New appliances. All table lamps include USB charging ports. Views of woods behind and quiet street in front. In winter you can see the lake through the trees. Watch for deer; they're not quite tame, but close. Three bedrooms, two living rooms, laundry room, dining room, kitchen dining table. Less than an hour to Augusta National Golf Club, home of the Masters golf tournament. Less than 2 miles to the Bussey Point boat ramp. 21 minutes and 17 miles to Wildwood Park, where many fishing tournaments are held. Several golf courses nearby. Short drive to Grays Mountain for mineral explorers, and to Aonia Pass MX for motocross competitors.
