This newly renovated cottage sits on an acre of quiet lakefront property, only 15 minutes from Anderson, 30 minutes from Clemson and 45 minutes from Greenville. Park your boat in the private covered slip dock, paddle around the cove in the provided kayaks, tan on the sun platform, or take a dip in the hot tub. There is plenty of room for yard games and outdoor fun as well. The cottage is only 5 minutes by land or water from Hattons Ford Boat Ramp. The private cove makes it the perfect spot for swimming, fishing, and kayaking.
Off The Hook LH is a 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage with the ability to sleep 6. It has a fully stocked kitchen with just about everything you could need during your stay. The dinning table comfortably seats 4 with two additional chairs to pull up for more seating. The cottage comes with a washer and dryer, and provided detergent tablets to wash clothes throughout your stay. The living room has plenty of space to sit and relax with a 55” smart tv where you can watch complimentary cable (YouTube TV), Netflix, or Hulu. The Master Bedroom has its own private TV with the same streaming options, a walk-in closet, and it’s own private bathroom. All bedrooms have a fan and closet for hanging clothes. Towels, wash cloths, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided in all the bathrooms. Outside on the back deck overlooking the lake is a relaxing hot tub and charcoal grill. The dock has a covered 10’x18’ boat slip and a large sun platform perfect for tanning. The dock is also in a secluded cove with about 10 other docks, minimizing boat traffic making it ideal for swimming, fishing, and kayaking in the provided kayaks.
