Summary: The young female at Registration was sweet and helpful. The older female waitress at the Iron Rail Cafe was rude and acted like she didn't want to accommodate us, so we went to the Bullet Train Cafe instead and had a good meal. Our young waitress was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom faucet was loose and the shower temperature was very difficult to adjust to the desired temperature. One elevator was broken, which wasn't the end of the world, but was an inconvenience. It looks like the Railroad Pass has fallen on some hard times, just like all of Las Vegas. I assume it's due to the decrease in tourists. Sad.
