The second master is spacious enough for a pack & play or an inflatable mattress, if desired. Both master suites face the bay. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The fourth bedroom features a pyramid bunk bed with trundle underneath. The top bunk bed is a single, bottom bunk bed is full, and the hidden trundle is a single. This kid friendly room features an Xbox One, complete with games. The bonus room has a sleeper sofa, recliner, 49" LED TV, dresser, and Ping Pong Table. 32” flat screen TV’s are in each bedroom and larger flat screen TV’s are in the living and bonus rooms. The home is equipped with high speed internet & cable, gas grill, new deck furniture, a fully equipped modern kitchen with Kuerig and dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, NEW central air replaced in May of 2019 and dual zone heating & cooling, ceiling fans, garage storage, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and bikes. There is an enclosed outside shower with a fenced in, private back yard! The driveway parks two cars with additional street parking. Two blocks from the beach with an ocean view from the 2nd floor deck of the home.
