Two-story with en-suite bedrooms downstairs and up. Long driveway + 2-car garage, backyard with lawn + large patio area including built-in wood-burning fire pit, outdoor dining and yard games.
The 3 king bedrooms and family room all have large, wall-mounted smart TV’s. Enjoy conversation in the sitting room/music studio. Gather in the large family room sectional open to the marble kitchen with breakfast nook and island.
Hacienda Moderna is located within walking distance of the heated community lap pool, splash pad, catch-and-release fishing lake, and two parks with playground, basketball and sand volleyball courts, not to mention, miles of manicured walking/jogging/biking trails!
