Spacious and delightful family home with indoor and outdoor living and dining areas for comfortable living for the whole family . Located at the end of a quiet cu de sac on a private lot in the heart of the Poipu Kai Resort. Very easy access to the beloved Greenbelt with easy walk to Shipwreck's Beach and the Grand Hyatt, as well as the Community Pool, Spa, and Tennis Courts, and the Magical destination of Poipu Beach Park. Parking for several cars, an outdoor shower, Gas Grill and lawn.
Four Good sized bedrooms, includes a Master Suite and 3 rooms with King Beds, and One with Queen Bed. Full dining Room, eat in Breakfast area and counter stools to open concept kitchen and Great Room . Bedrooms are all Air Conditioned.
The whole house, the yard, the garage, and use of the Poipu Kai Resort Pool and Tennis Courts ( 4).
About 30 minutes drive from the Lihue Airport, we are located in the heart of the Poipu Kai Resort in Sunny Poipu, you are a short distance to the Poipu Shopping Village and Kukuiula Shopping Center for Shopping and Dining. Great Snorkel beaches, Surf Rental Shops and Outdoor Adventure opportunities.
Parking is ample, and having a car on Kauai is preferable for exploring all that the island has to offer. But there are some beautiful spots that are easy to walk to from this special location.
We have a High Chair and a Pack n Play for guest's use. We have ample Beach Towels and a large cooler, Beach Chairs and Umbrella, and a fold up Wagon for transporting all the equipment to and from the Beach . Boogie Boards and other fun toys can be found for your use as well !

Summary: This house by far exceeded our expectations! We have rented and traveled extensively, and this home had the best amenities and thought put into having what you need in the kitchen and the bedrooms and baths. Accessibility to the beach and the pool along with close proximity to good restaurants and shopping.. Jennifer is a great property manager. She went out of her way to help us on so many things to make our vacations stay so enjoyable.! The outdoor seating and patios were great. The kids loved the outdoor shower after the beach and hiking. We would rent this home again for a family getaway. Just hope it will still be available as I’m sure it will be booked up a lot in the future.
