Located just 25 minutes past Winter Park on highway 40, Granby Ranch is one of Colorado's best kept secrets. We chose this location due to the significant number of activities available year-round and the relaxing atmosphere due to the absence of large crowds found at the larger resorts. Whether it's skiing, tubing, biking, golfing, fishing or just kicking back and relaxing, you can find it all here in Granby Ranch.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for one vehicle is available in the garage and one vehicle in the driveway. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and balcony are available for your full use.
The community Ranch Hall, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round. You will need to purchase a daily guest pass at the pool for $20 per person/per day. Children 8 and under are free (all prices subject to change). For a pass to be issued you must provide proof that you are staying in this home. The welcome email or the confirmation email, showing the address, should suffice. Granby Ranch requires a paid day pass and signed waiver for guest use of the community Ranch Hall and community trails. See their website for details.
Set among the neighboring evergreens and aspens, our home offers instant access to the slopes with a calm, woodsy setting. Inside, big, comfy seating gathers everyone around the fireplace while the lower-level hangout gives kids and teens their own space.
Enjoy prepping meals in our fully stocked kitchen, and relax with a cup of coffee on our back deck or unwind in our private hot tub after a day on the mountain.
Layout: sleeps up to 11 with a king primary (ensuite), queen bedroom, lower-level bunk room, and a loft bunk room. Three full baths make mornings easy.
