This three-story home sits on the east side of Roswell, about six miles from the heart of town. It's a fantastic location, especially if you're planning to golf some of the area courses or enjoy the Chattahoochee River. Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area is six miles west and Morgan Falls Overlook Park only two miles beyond.
But you need never leave the house to have a great time with your loved ones. Gather around the pool table for family tournaments, play board games by one of the gas fireplaces in the evenings, or kick back in the home theater with popcorn popping and a favorite movie playing on the big screen.
Multiple elegant living rooms make entertaining easy and stress-free. There's a great room where you can play the grand piano in the light of two-story windows, a comfortable living room off the foyer, and an inviting family room with dual sitting areas and a smart TV mounted above the fireplace. If you're cooking for a crowd, fear not - the two spacious kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances, prep islands, and all the culinary tools you require.
Spend your evenings watching big games in the bar area - complete with two smart TVs - before retiring to seven bedrooms. One is on the main floor, four are upstairs (including a wonderful kids' room), and two are downstairs. The theater room hosts a futon as well. Central air, a washer/dryer, and complimentary WiFi are provided as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
