2). Please do not keep any food in the bedroom.
3). Please remove shoes on any carpets and Rugs.
4). Please note that we have a zero Tolerance policy for SMOKING/ DRUGS and PARTIES/EVENTS in the premises. Guests will incur $500.00 extra cleaning fee. We reserve the right to request that you vacate the premises immediately should we confirm any of these activities have taken place.
* Only the guests noted on the booking are allowed on the premises, A $50 charge per night will be added for any extra guests.
5). Please follow the pool rules and regulations in effect.
6). Please be respectful of the Unit and it’s furnishings. There will be an applicable fine for damaged property or any of it’s contents.
7). Please respect the noise ordinance. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 AM.
8). When using swimming pool, Please do not enter the premises with dripping clothes.
9). Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED on the property. There will be a fine and additional deep cleaning fee charged.
10). By booking this property you agree to NOT hold the host and or the owner liable for any personal injuries or accidents at the premises.
