GUEST ACCESS:
The community is gated. Guests will have access to the entire rental unit (excluding the utility room off of the kitchen) & 2 on premise/off street parking spaces.

All guests must be entered in the reservation before booking. Please enter the total amount when booking as unauthorized extra guests will be denied access and will not be allowed to stay. The maximum occupancy is limited to 6 adults.

No Smoking, No Pets, No Parties/Large Gatherings Please.

Please be respectful of neighbors, this unit is in a small, peaceful apartment community. Remember to be mindful of your noise levels.

*Potential for noise: Unit is close to intersection so traffic sounds can be easily heard. Apartment community is also very close to local hospital systems so there is potential to hear frequent emergency vehicle sirens. Noise-reducing blackout curtains and sound machines are provided in each bedroom to offset this potential for noise!

Pest control is scheduled for all apartments in the complex every fourth Tuesday, beginning at 5 pm. Gregory's Pest Solutions will need access to the apartment. If you will not be in the unit on this day, please let us know.
