The home’s backyard features an elevated oceanside lanai where chaise lounge chairs, a hammock, and swaying palms beckon you to soak up some tropical sun. The 4 bedrooms of the villa are located on the second floor. The Primary suite is furnished with a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Enjoy the extraordinary sunrises just beyond the horizon, with direct access to the oceanside lanai. The room’s spacious private ensuite feels like a miniature spa with a gorgeous marble walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, large dual vanities and a separate water closet. There is also a laundry room including an in-unit washer and dryer as well as a utility sink and cabinet storage for convenience.
