Situated on the banks along a main body of Lake Hartwell, this new, three story, 6 bed / 5 bath, luxury home is an ideal venue for hosting large family gatherings, special celebration events, corporate offsite meetings, or just-for-fun times on the very beautiful South Carolina shores of Lake Hartwell. It features 2 full kitchens on both the 1st and 2nd levels, and an additional outdoor patio kitchen for all your gilling and lakeside needs! The newly finished third floor now features a full size ping pong table and two arcade cabinets in addition to the two bunk beds.
Upon arriving at the house you will notice this amazing new 4,200 square feet home constructed in May 2021 consisting of 6 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms. As you enter the front door and walk through the foyer, you will be greeted with a spectacular view (.7 miles) of Lake Hartwell from the great room and open kitchen. The great room features over 300 sq feet of glass and 18' ceilings. The great room itself is an entertainment destination with a Sony 85" Smart television. This is a wonderful place to unplug, relax and enjoy the gas log fireplace in the cooler months.
The kitchen has a double oven, all the modern appliances, coffee bar and seating for 20 which is accessible for large gatherings. The main floor consists of a master bedroom, with bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and closet, a guest room with bathroom, an office and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Walking onto the 12’x52’ deck, you notice it has a see-through rail system which gives you an unobstructed view of the lake. This is a great spot for entertaining family and friends as well as relaxing on the comfortable patio furniture. There is over 400 sq ft of glass on the back deck.
As you walk downstairs you will see another full kitchen, a double oven, modern appliances and ice machine. This lower level also has the Sony 85" Smart Television which is great for watching ball games or movies. On this level you have 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a safety shelter room, and a laundry room complete with a washer and dryer. You will also enjoy another view of the lake from the 24 feet of glass doors & windows.
When stepping onto the patio, you will notice a state-of-the-art Outdoor Kitchen.
