Bedrooms boast crisp linens and plush mattresses. Clean and simple full bathrooms includes essentials to enjoy during your visit.
The spacious well-equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, garbage disposal, stainless steel Viking appliances make eating-in a pleasure. Kitchen is equipped with all the cookware, dinnerware, flatware needed for preparing and enjoying meals at home. Nespresso machine, Chemex pour over, and coffee bean grinder provided.

We're about 10 minutes off of Topanga Canyon Blvd on a winding road. We're located just over 15 minutes from the intersection of Topanga Canyon Blvd & Pacific Coast Highway.
Pool heating optional for $200/day, must be requested and paid in advance.
We accept well-behaved pets for a $250 fee per dog per stay, 2 dogs max. Please keep in mind no pets on the furniture, pets cannot be left alone in the house at any time, and you must pick up after them right away each time.
Pack n play crib available to borrow, please request in advance.

Please note this is a very large house with a huge outdoor area and our cleaners may be finishing up as you arrive. Regular check-in time is always any time after 4pm, but please understand we may need a little extra time to make sure everything is perfect for your stay.
Guest access
Guests have full and private use of the property. The garage is locked for storage, but guests have plenty of driveway parking which can be secured with an automatic gate.
Other things to note
We strive for peace and quiet hours from 10pm-8am. Therefore, please know that this home is NOT for parties or late night loud noise or music. If that happens, you will be asked to leave and you will not be refunded your unused portion. We are only able to rent out this home by being good neighbors.
Guests must sign a waiver before arriving for the pool and hot tub. Please note families with children are responsible for supervising them at all times.
Most of the windows do not have coverings, which let in lots of natural light and are amazing for the mountain views.
Fireplaces are decorative only and cannot be used due to the increased fire hazard in Topanga.
There is a sauna on-site which is not working at the moment so it is not included in the amenities list.
Gardener and pool technician come once a week to service the property, typically on Monday and Wednesday.
