This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties, guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, respect our home & community. - conserve our limited water supply (rainwater), no pets. - no parties or events. - no unregistered guests. - no smoking, shoes off inside, as is customary in hawaii. - use cutting boards, do not cut on counter, smoke outside only, use ash tray dish, put butts in outside trash. $250 fee applies, do not flush anything down the toilet but toilet paper, we are on a septic system, do not drag or move furniture. - decorative pillows are not for sleeping, if anything is broken please notify us immediately via airbnb so we can remedy it, if you use it, clean, dry & put it away where you found it. - no food/drink in beds, turn off all lights, tv, coffee maker, appliances, etc. when not in active use, we cannot accommodate early check-in (4pm), late checkout (11am) or luggage storage without fees, beach: only use striped towels. rinse yourself, snorkels & cooler outside with fresh water to wash off all sand & salt. try the backyard outdoor shower!, acknowledge this is the middle floor in a duplex and the upstairs guests may not follow our strict quiet hours and/or may be loud, good neighbor policy (per hawai'i ordinance 2018-114), (a) quiet hours shall be from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m, during which time the noise from the stvr shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors, (b) sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area, (c) guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated parking area (driveway), (d) the stvr shall not be used for commercial purposes, 11am checkout procedures: do not strip or make beds, put used towels in laundry basket, wash/dry & put away used dishes, fill ice trays, turn off all lights & appliances, separate all garbage, recycling & glass into carport bins, managed by a private host
