The home is 1200 feet above sea level, so there is no need for air conditioning.
At home, enjoy the tropical surroundings from the privacy of your large, covered lanai. Inside, you’ll find lots of traditional Polynesian decor blends seamlessly with modern updates. The large, open living area combines the living room and dining room, with lots of room to spread out and stream the latest release at the end of the day. The well-equipped kitchen, just beyond, features a full suite of sleek stainless steel appliances without sacrificing its funky, retro feeling (plus smaller appliances and cookware for longer stays). A dedicated office offers a quiet spot for any remote work, and the high-speed WiFi makes connecting a breeze. After full days, fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco on the lanai. The property is surrounded by lovely fruit trees, including lemon, lychee, avocado, Philippine lime, mandarin, guava, and jaboticaba (Brazilian grapetree).
