The Cliffs Resort charges a $15 parking fee per vehicle per night. We have included the charge for one vehicle in our nightly rate, so you don’t have to pay it at check-in.
From the moment you enter Cliffs 6302 and see the breathtaking ocean front view, you will feel the stress melting away. Relax on the ocean front lanai or the very private lanai off the master bedroom. Watch the migrating whales (Nov to April) and enjoy the year-round antics of roosters, Nene (Hawaiian geese), albatross, cardinals and other birds on the green belt below the condo.
This stylishly decorated 2Br/2bath condo includes updated kitchen and master bath, fresh paint, new ceiling fans, 3 flat screen TVs, Blu-Ray DVD players, combination CD player, AM & FM Band radio & Bluetooth capable, binoculars, entertainment center and luxury Tommy Bahama linens. Washer/dryer, Smart TV’s allow for the use of your streaming subscriptions (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) Free WiFi and telephone to mainland are also provided.
The full kitchen has everything you need and gas grills are steps from the condo. Go deep sea fishing or one of our fine fish markets and grill your catch for dinner. There are also 2 well-stocked supermarkets in Princeville, Kilauea and Hanalei.
Master bedroom with ensuite walk in shower has a lovely, very private, lanai surrounded by tropical trees inhabited by birds who serenade you each morning. There is a second bath in the living area and two queen beds in the upstairs loft. A new sofa bed in the living room provides another sleeping option. Very comfortable for 4-6 guests.
All the comforts of home with all of the amenities of a top notch resort: swimming pools, hot tubs, a practice putting green, tennis and volleyball courts, and playground for the small fry. The Cliffs has one of the best activities director/concierge who can assist with any need.
You never have to leave the resort (except for food!), but there are great shops and restaurants to explore in both Princeville Center, Kilauea Market Center and Hanalei. Go a little farther to Opakapaka Grill & Bar and beaches on a north beach (Kapuhi Beach) or east toward Kealie Beach & Kapa'a. We provide everything you need for a great day at nearby Hanalei Bay, Black Pot, Annini, Kalihiwai beach or many other beaches a short drive away: sun umbrella, sand chairs, boogie boards, mats, towels, coolers and other toys. Is golf your game? The beautiful Makai course is 5 minutes away.
Please note that this is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator and no A/C. Three inside ceiling fans, two outdoor fans on the lanais, floor fans, as well as trade winds, cool our hale.
