Condo is fully furnished with new furniture, new comforters/pillows, and all the beach amenities (beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chests, snorkel gear, etc.) you ll need for your vacation (no need to rent or buy those items). You will not need a car for your entire stay! There s also bike rentals just outside the building.
This is a unique and large condo of almost 1000 square feet of living space. It consists of a 1 bedroom condo attached to a large studio unit that has a separate entrance and key. The main living area has a fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets, and new appliances. There is also a brand new washer/dryer in the unit. The studio is equipped with a separate kitchennete with a sink, range, and small fridge.
There is a large Lanai/Balcony with patio chairs overlooking the Food Pantry, Hilton Garden Inn and International Marketplace. This is a 100% secure building that has a code that you have to enter to access the elevators.
The condo comfortably sleeps 6 people with room for up to 8 people. There is a Queen Size bed in the Bedroom #1 and a 2nd Queen Size bed in Bedroom #2 (Large Studio). There s also a new sofa bed that folds out to be a 3rd Queen and an additional Futon.
You will have all the amenities to make your feel like home. The unit has a large 55" Flat Screen TV in the main bedroom and a flatscreen TV in the Studio - both TV s carry over 100+ Cable Channels in crystal clear HD (Fox, CBS, NBC, ABC, ESPN, Discovery, Disney Channel, Nickelodeon, TBS, TNT, etc.). There are 2 (very cold) AC units in the condo so you will always be cool in this unit. Condo also comes equipped with WIFI for your surfing pleasure.
Finally, there is a large corner parking space in the Upper Level if you decide to rent a car. There is additional street parking but it can be difficult to find on certain days. But there is also parking available for a fee at the International Marketplace or the Food Pantry.
In a nutshell, our home has it all to make your stay as memorable as possible. I also own another rental unit and have received top ratings for reliability and service. We have a very honest and reliable property manager that is available at all times if there are any problems or issues. The unit comes completely stocked with new plates, cups, wine glasses, utensils, towels, beach towels, coffee maker, ice makers, baking dishes, pots/pans, and everything else you can think of.
Again, this is a brand new vacation rental unit. I just stayed at our condo last month for around 10 days and I have to say it was a lot of fun. I took morning strolls to Waikiki Beach every day.
