Home away from home with a great deal of space to be relaxed. Location location location centrally located close to Butler, downtown and Broad Ripple. You are welcome to my home . Thank you in advance for using my property.
If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, not party), please speak with us about it first.
- If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning fee, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
NO EATING OR DRINKING IN THE BEDROOMS PLEASE!!
If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.

NO SMOKING There shall not be smoking inside the home. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied also. the extra cleaning fee will be $100.

Check out time is 11:00am if you stay pass 11:30am their be fee of $50. We must have time to clean for the next guests. if you stay any time longer you be charged the full day fee and you must leave as soon as possible.
