Walk to the world famous Punalu’u Black Sand Beach, and swim with the green sea turtles which bask on the beach all day long. All short drives from the resort: Green Sands Beach, South Point Cliffs, Kilauea Volcano, Ka’u Coffee Mills, and so much more. Greens Sands Beach is the only natural beach in the world that encompasses beautiful green sand made out of olivine crystals. South Point cliffs are the most southern point in the United States and are world renowned for its amazing views and cliff jumping excitement. In the other direction, Kilauea constantly spews out lava in the Volcano National Park for all to see year round. Ka’u has some of the most isolated and untouched landscapes in all of Hawaii. The swimming water, fresh and salt, is warm and crystal clear, perfect for rejuvenating the body and soul.
