Baxter Place on beautiful Webster Lake is ideal for a family vacation or weekend getaway. We now have two kayaks and a boat slip available for your use. The lakefront view is breathtaking with a gorgeous setting for wildlife viewing, star gazing, fishing, and water play.
Whether you sit on the spacious deck with retractable awning, the lakefront sunroom/bunkroom, or in the comfortable open-concept living area, the peaceful surroundings will make you want to stay.
Guests have full, private use of 3 bedrooms plus a newly converted sunroom/bunkspace; 2.5 bathrooms, including a jacuzzi tub in the master; a full kitchen; the open-concept living and dining areas; a spacious deck with patio furniture and a new retractable awning; and a laundry room.
You will find the kitchen cabinets full of dishes, pots/pans, utensils, and appliances for every cooking need. We provide cozy bedding and luxurious bath towels. And rain or shine, you won't be bored: we have board games, playing cards, toys, and books for all ages.

The water along our shore is shallow, sandy, and walkable. Guests are welcome to use our pier, which is in place from approximately late-April through mid-Oct depending on weather.
You won't need to go far to find groceries, restaurants, shops, and more fun activities. North Webster Town Park is less than a mile away and offers a small swimming beach, playground, picnic shelter, and a few public boat slips for your short visit to the park. Next door to the park is Lakeview Pizza King and the Dixie Sternwheeler Excursion Boat.
