Ten minute drive from the Anchorage International Airport and coastal trail. Near restaurants, shopping, library, performing arts, movie theaters, corporate offices, downtown Anchorage and public transportation. A 25 minute drive along beautiful cook inlet, wetlands, world class down hill skiing and glaciers. An easy drive south to the Kenai river with world class salmon fishing,(check fishing regulations), Whittier and the Portage Glacier are just south. Or go north to Talkeetna or Denali.
