Private patio deck off the living room overlooks wooded area , condo greens and mountains. Patio is equipped with table, four chairs and electric grill for your enjoyment. Fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Five minute drive or 15 minute walk to the universities, hospitals bike, hiking trails and cross country ski trails. Ten minute drive from the Anchorage International Airport and coastal trail. Near restaurants, shopping, library, performing arts, movie theaters, corporate offices, downtown Anchorage and public transportation. A 25 minute drive along beautiful cook inlet, wetlands, world class down hill skiing and glaciers. An easy drive south to the Kenai river with world class salmon fishing,(check fishing regulations), Whittier and the Portage Glacier are just south. Or go north to Talkeetna or Denali.
