This Villa is fully air-conditioned. Guests have access to two 4-seater golf carts. The location of Kahikole allows for a very quick access to the amenities and the beach at the Four Seasons Hualalai.

*2025 Daily Resort Fees vary throughout the year from $75/day for each adult to $230/day for each adult. Resort fees for children ages 5-13 range from $37/day to $115/day. Resort Policies also vary throughout the year. All details are available upon request. Note: Applying for the daily resort fees is not mandatory and you will still have access to the beach and restaurants if you opt out. Guests have a one-time opportunity to opt in for resort access on consecutive days only (minimum 2 days).
**2026 Daily Resort Fees vary throughout the year from $77/day for each adult to $237/day for each adult. Resort fees for children ages 5-13 range from $38/day to $118/day.
The Guest understands that access to the Hualalai Resort facilities is handled directly by the Hualalai Resort Concierge. All Resort amenities and hours are subject to change without notice. Further, no discounts or credits will be given to guests if the Hualalai Resort and Four Seasons Hualalai changes their Resort access and amenities policy during their stay. Guest understands and agrees that Agent and Owner have no control over the availability of the Resort amenities and use of the Resort amenities is separate from the Rental Property.
Annual Chairman's Club Event at Hualalai Resort: December 1st to December 6th, 2025. Modified access to select resort amenities applies for those dates.
The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort: January 22nd to 24th, 2026. Modified access to select resort amenities applies for those dates.
We request all guests to sign our Rental Agreement. Reservation is only completed once the Rental Agreement is fully signed.
