This is an ideal location to access all the best of North and South Kona, and the array of ocean activities available. Just a 10-min drive away is Kahalu'u Beach Park, one the best snorkeling and surfing spots on the Big Island. A few minutes further north is Magic Sands, known for body surfing, boogie boarding or just relaxing at the beach. On the way to Kahalu'u is the Keauhou Shopping Center, offering several restaurants, cinemas, groceries, drug store, clothing and other shopping. Downtown Kailua-Kona is 8 miles to the north.

Further to the south is Kealakekua Bay, a popular snorkeling destination for boats that depart out of Keauhou Bay, also a 10-min drive from Kona Coffee Villas.
