Our mountain home is nestled in a gated community with easy access to skiing, golf, Rio Grande Trail, the Roaring Fork River, downtown Carbondale...all this yet in a private setting that allows you to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Alpen Glo on Red Mountain. The open floor plan invites you to a spacious living room with a stone fireplace, vaulted wood ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating for your family to gather. The adjacent dining area and Chef's kitchen has a cozy breakfast nook with a fireplace. There is an enclosed porch, Which leads to a deck with fireplace, grill, seating and dining table. Enjoy a hot tub located off the master bedroom. Master bath has a jacuzzi tub, and steam shower. 2 additional en suite bedrooms and powder room on the main floor, an additional 4th bedroom/bonus room & full bath on the upper level. The bonus room has a queen plus sized American Leather sofa bed. New linens, towels and furniture, All bedrooms have flat screen TVs, bonus room also has sonos sound bar. We are happy to share it with you. Minimum age of renters 30 years old, no pets, no smoking, 10 persons Maximum sleeping in home. House rules must be signed by Guest, 30 days minimum rental term
