Guests can enjoy 1000 feet of private river access with a large lake area, rapids, and gentle riffles, making this a great refuge for tubers, kayakers/canoers, fly fishers, and outdoor enthusiasts. Our barn's comfortable front porch is also a wonderful place to enjoy bird watching while listening to the quiet babble of the Llano River. The front yard also provides beautiful views of the Texas Hill Country, and a perfect spot for viewing the night time sky.
