The Unit was recently repainted and given new floors. All Bedrooms have either a King or Queen Bed with all new furnishings and ceiling fans. Secure covered parking for 2 cars. The Unit is a 4 bdrm / 2 bath Masterpiece with beautiful park views. You wont want to stay here short term, once you visit this unit you will want to move in forever.
The unit is very Spacious! You and your guest will have access to 2100 sq ft of residential bliss> As you enter you will have one master bedroom and an adt bedroom with a queen size bed. Next you will see the large kitchen with granite counter tops, the beautiful dining area, large living room with huge windows throughout the unit so you can see the beauty of Downtown Orlando. The Master and adtl bedroom are located in the opposite side of the unit giving it a Split floor plan feel. Please come check it out for your self!
Fob Access with Secure 24 hour Doorman and Secure covered gated parking. The unit will be adding a 24 hour gym in the coming months and the guest will have full access to the 9th floor where we have a TV and outdoor grill available to guests.
Lake Eola is a Beautiful Neighborhood. Please take the opportunity and walk around the Lake, feed the swans and enjoy people watching at its finest.
