There is also a twin air bed available for a 5th person, which you can set up in one of the bedrooms. The "root cellar" downstairs is not counted as a bedroom because it does not have a large enough window to the outside to meet modern code, so should not be used overnight.
Note: Because of the steep, ungated stairway that leads down to the root cellar, this house is not appropriate for young children..
